The Omega Model 1000 is designed using Centrifugal Juice Extraction. It's the most efficient and easiest to clean style of juicer. Has a vertical basket which spins the juice continuously out of the pulp, which leaves a very dry pulp. It will extract 20-30% more juice than most other style juicers.
The functioning parts for juicing are all surgical stainless steel, while the other parts are made of heavy-duty polycarbonate. The high quality materials and workmanship help these juicers last a lifetime.

Motor: A 1/3 Horsepower 3600-Rpm General Electric Induction Motor. This "brushless" motor has very few moving parts which rub together, and this makes it very dependable.
Basket: The baskets are all hand balanced, just like a cars wheels, which explains why there is virtually no vibration while juicing. Because the basket is very open it's easy to clean.
Blade: It's Stainless Steel Blade is durable, and efficiently cuts up fruits and vegetable. A plastic ring, with feet on it's underside, surrounds the blade. These feet help the blade float, which then allows the motor to keep up its Rpm's while fruit or vegetables are being pushed down on it.
Bowl: Is large, made from Stainless Steel, and l is very open, which makes it easy to clean.
Spring Clutch: The little white knob that holds the blade in place is called the Spring Clutch Nut. It is this Nut that allows the blade to float. No tools are needed to change or clean this system.
Rubber Feet: The juicer stands on evenly spaced feet which vary height, and gives the juicer enough traction to remain in it's position, without marking the surface.
Latch Arms: The Latch Arms are of cantilever style, and allow for easy assembly and disassembly.
Feed Chute: The chute of this juicer is large enough to accommodate large pieces of fruits and vegetable.
